Supplier Performance Manager

**Job Title: Supplier Performance Manager**
**Reports to: Value Stream Lead, Strategic Sourcing**
**Location: Scoresby, Melbourne**
**Number of Direct Reports: 0**
**Position Summary**:
Enable Divisional growth through active supplier performance management ensuring improved TPP availability, contract adherence reducing supply risk and regular supplier communication to increase responsiveness, delivering an outstanding customer experience, both internal and externally, as a Commercial business partner for the end to end Supply Chain
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build supplier management framework for third party suppliers, including product and freight on behalf of all ANZ with spend circa A$80-100m
- Drive supplier efficiency improvements through developing agreed value optimisation projects and developing an innovation pipeline
- Develop a supplier risk matrix to enable risk rating on size, spend, performance, innovation, criticality and regulatory measures to enable targeted supplier discussions and contract priority list
- Develop Service Level Agreements and critical metrics for Top 30 Suppliers
- Ensure delivery of all key inbound supplier metrics - contractual, operational and financial - for third parties and key intercompany (self-manufactured) products
- Through developing analytical tools and reports ensure the supplier performance for TPP meets the needs of the SSPG division
- Analysis of supplier MOQ, lead time, delivery mode and payment terms to deliver efficiency at a Customer and Warehouse level
- Utilise PPI (or CI) process to deliver continuous improvement for TPP supply
- Connect to Thermo Fisher locally, regionally, and globally to leverage fit for purpose standard processes and access sustainability and social responsibility supplier targets
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field is required. Membership of CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply)
- High level of expertise in supplier performance management and contract adherence with a large and sophisticated portfolio
- Track record in delivering supply chain transformation, including defining and delivering Supplier strategy; and partnering with team members to deliver and embed change
- Experience in managing Suppliers in a highly sophisticated wholesale distribution models, including international shipping
- Outstanding analytical capability and skills in building analytical tools (MS PowerBI preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and storytelling capability to drive team member engagement - ability to translate complex issues into simple messaging

- Supplier performance management, including Divisional Order Cycle Time & Inventory Fill Rate Performance, Suppliers under contract, Cash cycle time, Social responsibility
- Customer Allegiance scores to target
- SIOP (S&OP) compliance
- Talent metrics
