The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Communication Manager to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Contribute to workflow planning, ongoing development/maintenance of the suite of core communication materials and processes, and establish strong relationships
- Lead the delivery of quality communication that enhances the health services reputation and brand as an employer and as a world-class provider of public healthcare services
- Manage and create fit-for-purpose communication channels to meet the organisation's needs and priorities
- Ensure communication materials are high quality, accurate and consistent, and appropriately tailored for the relevant audience/situation
- Utilise your strong planning skills, ensuring adequate response to competing priorities and robust systems to support efficient, consistent delivery

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- High level written communication skills, organisations skills and attention to detail
- Whilst not mandatory, a relevant tertiary qualification and previous experience in a related field is highly regarded
- Evidence of vaccination and remain vaccinated against - COVID 19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be completed

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $122 108 - $131 044 per annum

It manages production of high-quality communication and engagement activity across a variety of channels for both internal and external audiences and provides strategic advice to the executive team and other divisions.
