Finance/mortgage Broker

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Develop ongoing and quality client relationships.
- Build strong relationships with accountants, financial planners, and real estate agents to generate referrals.
- Attend company and partner events to build and source new client relationships.
- Participate in social media activities.
- Convert online enquiries.
- Availability on weekends for clients and partners is a must.
- Understand current NCCP/BID requirements of the industry.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in the mortgage broking or lending industry is desired but not mandatory

2. Ability to guide customers through the lending journey from start to finish.

3. Experience in residential lending processes across various lenders.

4. Proficiency in reading financials, structuring loans, and determining servicing.

5. Experience dealing with complex/challenging deals (Trusts, Self Employed, Investors, Developers).

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Mortgage servicing: 2 years (required)
