**Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrating a willingness to support and promote the mission of the Church in Catholic Education and Trinity Catholic College values.
- Modeling excellence and innovation in teaching and learning demonstrating effective pedagogical practices which meet the needs of all students
- A strong knowledge and understanding of leadership in the teaching are to ensure its effective implementation.
- High level of organisational and management capability, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and an ability to maintain respectful and productive relationships with all stakeholders both within and beyond the College community
- A commitment to engage in relevant ongoing Professional Learning.
