**Position: In-House Cleaner**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented in-house cleaner to join our team. The role involves cleaning and maintaining our apartments to the highest standards, ensuring that each unit is spotless and well presented to welcome our corporate clients. In addition to cleaning, you will be responsible for reporting to the property manager on the condition of each apartment, noting any maintenance needs or issues that require attention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and prepare apartments for guest arrivals, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure amenities are restocked.
- Perform deep cleaning of properties as required, including window cleaning and appliance cleaning.
- Report to the property manager on the condition of each apartment, noting any maintenance issues or items that need repair or replacement.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation is maintained at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Good communication skills for reporting and interacting with the property manager.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work minimum 25 hours/week, varied hours, including weekends.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- A valid driver’s license and access to your own car (car allowance provided).
