We are now seeking a talented and highly driven individual to join our customer service team to help support the company's ambitious growth plans.

**Your Role**

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be leading a motivated and passionate team working in our Retail Store. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs within our industry, and fulfilling those requirements, along with the day to operations of the store.

To succeed in this role, you will be a team player who cares intensely about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be curious and willing to learn the core elements of the lighting industry and have a result-orientated mindset and motivation to share in our company's success. Previous experience working in a customer service and sales driven retail environment is essential.

**Key skills and core competencies required but not limited to**:

- Excellent computer literacy
- Excellent grammar, written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to learn and acquire new skills quickly and efficiently
- Experience in the lighting industry is a bonus

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, along with working in a team environment

**Start Date** **Available for immediate start**

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work Location: One location
