**_ New Intake Commencing - 18th September 2023_**

Hybrid Role - Must be available to work from site (Tullamarine) and from home.

Training onsite for 6-8 weeks, then will transitions to Hybrid model 1 day working onsite / 4 days working from home.

**Availability**

**Must be available to work 38 hours a week on a rotational roster, Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm. No weekend work required**

**Ongoing casual position with potential to transition to permanent contract with client within 6 months for those meeting KPIs.**

- All training is provided in classroom style environment, shadowing, buddying and role plays will become a part of your everyday.
- No two days will ever be the same. You will be exposed to the diversity Australia has to offer daily.
- Be mentored by the Senior staff from day one.
- High volume inbound call centre
- Provide support for customers.
- Participate in a bright and exciting team culture within house competitions and team building activities.
- Gain industry experience and understanding which will help grow you into an expert in your field.
