Stores Attendant

ESS Defence has the privilege of serving millions of meals to our Defence personnel under our Defence Life brand. **The position**
- Maintain dry and cold stores, delivery and service areas, kitchens and catering equipment while driving food and people safety practices
- Support kitchen efficiency managing incoming goods including quality reporting, temperature monitoring and coordinating storage areas
- Contribute to the team, supporting daily operational demands in a busy environment

**The Person**
- Experience in hospitality or stores beneficial
- Drive your own growth - highly self-motivated and exceptional organisational skills to meet operational goals
- Maintain a can-do attitude with the confidence to work autonomously
- Drive awareness of hygiene and food safety standards
- Contribute to the team with strong communication skills, high energy and a goal-oriented focus
