Immediate Start.

We are currently seeking to recruit a new cleaner / parking attendant for our busy car park facility based in Brisbane.

Your **main duties** will include, but not limited to, **cleaning and maintenance** within the car park common areas over a 4-hour evening shift. Your job will be conducted between Monday to Friday, 6pm - 10pm. You **must** also be flexible to work the **car park attendant** (extensive training included) **afternoon shift** (approx 6 hours) while our regular staff take annual leave or call in sick.

**The following is required to be accepted for the role.**

Demonstrated computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Able to work under pressure.

Fantastic customer service skills.

Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to work between 6pm - 10pm Monday to Friday.

Flexible to work afternoon car park attendant shift when required. Hours are negotiable.

Adept and receptive during and after training.

Capable and versatile in a fast-paced work environment.

Open to constructive criticism.

Work autonomously in both cleaning and car park attendant roles. This is a **must** after your initial training periods.

Eligible to work in Australia.

You **must** be willing to show inititive, always turn up on time and be a hard worker.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Work Location: In person
