**Where you'll be working**:
Sustaining NSW Families program is building 2 enthusiastic teams across 2 new sites in the Hunter. Newcastle/Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens/ Raymond Terrace/ Lower Mid Coast - Taree. Each of the 2 sites requires an Adult/Paediatric Dietitian 1 day per week in a consultative role to join this Nurse-led multi-disciplinary team.
- The Lake Macquarie/Newcastle site will be situated at the Wallsend Health Campus
- The Port Stephens /Raymond Terrace/Lower Mid Coast team will be situated at Raymond Terrace, with travel within the Lower Mid Coast required to attend case conferencing

**About the role**:

- You will work one day a week face-to-face in a consultancy capacity, attending case reviews and supporting Child and Family Health Nurses and the families in the program
- You will be supported by the Manager, NUM 1/Co-ordinator, and the multi-disciplinary team
- Ongoing education and orientation to the program will be provided at the commencement of the program and ongoing as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent qualification that provides eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia
- Eligibility to drive in NSW and willingness and ability to travel for work purposes
