Mcg Technician

Reporting to the **Technology Supervisors**, the **MCG Technician** is responsible for the installation, and ongoing support of the MineStar Technology products, installed on Caterpillar and other Manufacturer’s equipment.

This role will best suite those who hold a qualification or understanding of various disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Radio technician, communications, electronics, industrial electrical, instrumentation, control systems.

**Location**: Training will be conducted at our Perth Precinct location, after that there may be opportunities in our regional or metro locations.

**Roster**: This is a full-time permanent opportunity starting on a 4/3 roster, with a potential to transition to 8/6, 4/3, 5/2.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- C Class manual driver’s license
- Ability to work successfully within a team.
- Perform hardware electrical and mechanical installations, following technical and safety documentation.
- Confidence to provide standards-based quality workmanship.
- Skills to complete technical and administrative documentation to a high standard
- Ability to Problem solve, fault find and trouble shoot
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
