**About the Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fitter & Turner - Toolmaker to join the team at our Keysborough manufacturing facility**.**

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Service and repair of injection moulding tooling
- Operate CNC and other workshop machines
- Handle Mig and Tig welding jobs
- Operate & maintain power tools and other small tools
- Understand CAD documents with detailed features
- Handle all kind of material to produce Jigs/Fixtures
- Manage & record workshop tooling/materials using maintenance software
- Record material usage & time involved in the maintenance software
- Follow written and verbal instructions for fabrication, fitting, manufacture
- Maintain cleaning standard
- Complete tasks assigned based on priority

**About You**

We are looking for someone who has a positive, can-do attitude with a focus and commitment to continuous improvement both in the workplace and their career development.

In addition, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience working within the automotive or manufacturing industries
- Experience with both manual and CNC machines
- Previous knowledge of 5S pillars would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A go-getter with a proactive and positive attitude
- Committed to continuous improvement within your working environment and career development
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
