**Description**:
**Multiple opportunities**:
This could be an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Ecologist looking to broaden their knowledge, manage projects, grow their mentoring experience and work on exciting projects in diverse landscapes and be supported by industry leaders across eastern Australia.

**Any day may see you**:

- Facilitate excellent project delivery across the Biodiversity team in your area of speciality.
- Deliver environmental surveys and impact assessments of terrestrial ecosystems, specifically flora and fauna, biodiversity and habitat.
- Manage your own projects as well as contribute to the projects of other staff as required.
- Prepare biodiversity assessments, management plans and offset strategies.
- Preparation of a variety of flora and fauna assessment and management reports.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Identify/provide practical solutions to mitigate environmental impacts.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Here’s what we’re looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Ecology or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in flora and/or fauna identification.
- Knowledge of state and Commonwealth environmental legislation and policy.
- Demonstrated experience with GIS.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
