Tomsem is a dynamic company with two major brands, PhotobookShop and ThreadTheWord, both known for creating high-quality personalised products. PhotobookShop offers custom photobooks, canvas prints, and photo gifts, while ThreadTheWord specialises in personalised baby blankets. We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of our Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

**Position Overview**:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a key player in our digital marketing team, responsible for managing and optimising our paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to maximise ROI across multiple campaigns.

We are part of a group of e-commerce companies who collaborate daily, providing a supportive environment with plenty of training, mentoring, and coaching for the successful applicant. An applicant with strong analytical skills, who is eager to learn and grow, is highly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Management**:
Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives for PhotobookShop and ThreadTheWord.
- **Performance Optimisation**:
Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise for key metrics such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**:
Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets across campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact.
- **Creative Collaboration**:
Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- **Keyword & Audience Targeting**:
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to ensure ads are reaching the most relevant and profitable audiences.
- **A/B Testing & Experimentation**:
Implement A/B testing strategies to identify the most effective ad copy, creative, and targeting methods, and refine campaigns accordingly.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- **Staying Current**:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and digital advertising to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Media Manager, Google Ads Manager, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role, with an eagerness to take on new challenges.
- Experience with budget management and ROI optimisation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

Pay: $53,628.39 - $120,862.32 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
