**The Role**

We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our team in the role of Payroll Officer. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this key role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation and payment of fortnightly wages and related payments in accordance with the SCHADS Award or individual agreements.

By ensuring all payroll / HR legislative requirements are met and keeping abreast of changes, this role is paramount to contributing to the success of CSI’s financials. This role will allow you to utilise your exceptional attention to detail and communication skills to provide effective end to end payroll services, respond to payroll queries, and above all, provide excellence in customer service.

**Key Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing
- Experience in the use of Skedulo, Keypay & Xero - **desirable**:

- Strong customer service focus with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in all MS Office Applications and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail & high level of accuracy and communication both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of the SCHADS Award
- Experience in payroll in the disability, NDIS healthcare industry **- desirable.**:

- COVID-19 vaccination, WWC clearance, NDIS clearance and National Police Check required
