**The Role**

The APS4 Logistics and Contract Compliance Officer (LCCO) works from Damascus Barracks, Meeandah and is multi-role that will undertake a broad range of functions.

The LCCO will not only provide a critical function in coordinating, analysing, improving inventory management, but also provides a contract compliance function for inventory and aspects of maintenance.

This role is essential in supporting the Inventory Manager in providing efficient and effective compliance and inventory operation support to the Unit.

The duties of an APS4 Logistics Contract Compliance Officer include the following:

- Lead audits on moderately complex logistics processes to ensure compliance with technical regulations.
- Contribute to the development and review of processes on logistics and contract compliance activities.
- Compose reports on audit activities and compliance performance for management.
- Recommend solutions to issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomes.
- Interpret and comply with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks.

**About our Team**

The Inventory management team undertakes activities required to manage a diverse inventory and ensure Defence assets and inventory are available for use when required to support the Defence mission.

You will work as part of an integrated team of APS, ADF and industry partners to deliver efficient and customer centric inventory management and warehousing outcomes to our regional and national customer base.
