The position is responsible for supporting the management teams in the operations of the business, at the Wacol Truck Manufacturing Factory. This role defines cross-functional relationships and drives the organisation’s People and Culture (P&C) requirements for designated area of responsibility.

**Your future team**
- You will work closely with the onsite Senior P&C BP and the P&C Director to support the operations of the business. Great opportunity to lead the P&C operations for your internal client group on site and demonstrate your expertise in delivery of P&C initiatives and projects supporting the strategic road map for the operations._

- Support managers and employees through different elements of the employment lifecycle, coaching on process and engagement with HRIS.
- Support the delivery of the P&C processes for the site, coaching leaders on best practice.
- Support and drive organisational change management initiatives.
- Lead end to end recruitment activities for designated positions, including position descriptions, job evaluations, selection and onboarding.
- Support development, talent management and succession planning activities for the site.
- Support the delivery of local adoption of global P&C initiatives, coaching leaders on best practice.
- Support new employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Who we are looking for:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Australian employment laws, regs and EBA's
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You have high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- You are solutions focused, passionate and driven to achieve results.
- You are a skilled communicator who can engage and influence others.
- You are a natural rapport builder with all levels of a business.
- You are flexible and adaptable to a changing environment, can travel if required.
