This role will suit an up and comer/ rising star from the property industry who wants to take full advantage of this chance for succession planning, personal growth, and development. For the start of your journey, you will build an understanding of our business approach together with an awareness of our systems, processes and procedures. Our aim is to develop your skills progressively to learn all there is to know about Property Management

Here’s a snapshot of your role.
Managing tenancy schedule, rent reviews, market reviews

Lease set ups through our centralised Lease Administration team

Issuing purchase orders and setting up contracts in MRI

Monitoring tenant arrears and helping with monthly reporting, annual budgets, outgoings reconciliations, bank guarantees, sundry charges

Working closely with colleagues to maximise the efficiency of the portfolio and implementing future process improvements

Liaison with tenants with a customer service-based mindset

You have a great ‘can-do’ attitude with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

You’ll have experience in a relatable position and are now looking to take the next step and expand your capabilities by working on high quality office assets.

Also important is excellent client relationship skills and you're confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
