**Role Snap Shot**
We require a Surveyor within our Land Development team to assist us in the delivery of urban development, greenfield sub-division projects.
You will work on our Melbourne based greenfield projects, which will allow you to gain additional skills, particularly in establishment of new survey control, feature and level surveys, set-out surveys, pegging and re-pegging of lots, roads and reserves, as-constructed surveys (sewer, water, D-spec, R-spec etc), and surveys of earthworks for volume calculations plus more.
**How You Will Contribute**
- Undertake fundamental surveying field tasks to ensure the successful delivery of urban development projects
- Complete and review field data reductions and plans to ensure accuracy and QA requirements are met;
- Undertake vehicle and equipment audits, including instrument calibrations;
- Record appropriate information and milestone logs to accurately track project status and maintain data integrity;
- Consult with engineers, government authorities and other involved parties to obtain information relevant to project completion, including obtaining design plans and working closely with both site foreman and relevant construction engineering superintendent.

**We would love to hear from you if you have the following**:
- Construction Induction Card (VPAU349 - Work Safely in the Construction Industry);
- Current Driver's licence and own transport.
- Expertise and enthusiasm in land development greenfield sub-division projects;
- Intermediate to advanced LisCAD and ACAD skills;
- Degree qualification in surveying is desirable;
- Traffic Management (RIIOHS205A - Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat & RIIOHS302A - Implement Traffic Management Plans) is desirable;
Working with a successful multinational organisation in a modern facility, you'll be well presented and confident, with strong communication skills. You will be results orientated with excellent organisational and time management skills. You will possess the ability to work both as a team player and autonomously and be prepared to travel to the relevant parts of outer metropolitan Melbourne where all the urban development activity is occurring.
