With over 100 years of experience, our client is a global leader in the manufacture of sub-systems for rail and commercial vehicles. Their state-of-the-art facility housed close to Sydney (Western Suburbs) provides original and aftermarket braking, doors, HVAC, and related products to various heavy industries across Australia.

**About the Role**
We're currently recruiting for a Warranty Administrator for a 1 year full-time fixed-term role (with opportunity for extension) to work as a key member of the Warranty team within our client's business.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Purchasing, coordinating, and logistics support for warranty related items
- Administration/processing of customer quality claims using SAP
- Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of warranty data/information
- Creating, analysing, and releasing warranty related reporting
- Interfacing with local and international teams, suppliers, clients, customs etc.

**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience in Warranty, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and/or related areas would be highly valuable
- Good written and spoken English language skills
- Experience using ERP systems would be highly valuable (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 etc.)
- Experience within the heavy industry space would be highly valuable (rail, automotive, defence, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, aerospace etc.)
