Light & Wonder are currently seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to help grow their rapidly expanding team of Creators.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be instrumental in finding smart, talented, passionate Creators to join the team and help transform the gaming world.

**About the Role**
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy and managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of requisitions including but not limited to technical, niche and professional level roles.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to look around corners to proactively identify potential challenges.
- Proactive self-starter who acts with a sense of ownership and accountability
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Tackles tough assignments and introduces new ways of looking at problems
- Excellent computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Provides direct feedback & receives feedback well
- Sets ambitious goals and has high standards
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentations skills
