**The Person**:
Are you a positive and driven white-collar recruiter? Are you looking for a company that provides flexibility and autonomy? ECi Executive is looking to expand our WA operations delivering for our clients in the Engineering, Construction and Infrastructure sectors
As we embark on an exciting ambitious growth journey, we are offering a passionate recruitment professional the opportunity to be a part of our specialist technical recruitment business. We are looking to invest in a high performer with the ability to work in a versatile environment who is motivated by their own performance and team success
We work with numerous SME, national and international businesses and have a strong reputation in the Australian market - as a result, there is currently an exciting opportunity to work on an "established desk" in the construction and engineering sector.

**The Role**:

- Actively approach and engage with existing and prospective clients
- Continuously strive on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue
- Add to the culture of the company and help shape the business for the future
- Attend networking and industry functions - become part of your industry
- Drive social media presence and engagement for yourself, your network and the business

**Skills**
- Recruitment industry experience essential - ideally white-collar experience in industries such as the construction, mining, engineering, civil, infrastructure, IT, HR sectors Technical recruiters that understand how businesses tick
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills - good attitude & set high standards for yourself
- Proven background as a team player; have fun at work and work in a collaborative, innovative and honest manner
