Assitant Manager

**Role Purpose**

Support the Store Manager in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the restaurant and the profitability of the business. Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for training and supervising staff, managing weekly roster, maintaining inventory levels and overseeing daily operation tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervising and training staff
- Managing excellent customer service standards are maintained including positive and negative customer feedback
- Always striving to exceed KPI’s and store profitability
- Assist in managing store finances including payroll
- Assist in the lifecycle of your team - on boarding, training and off boarding
- Assist in team rostering and financial targets within the business
- Ensure Food Safety standards are always adhered to store-wide
- Oversee daily operations of the store, managing stock and inventory management
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures
- Following food safety guidelines and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
