**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:

- Casual role with future potential opportunity for permanent role
- Based in the Eastern regional office in Hughesdale
- Care Advisors work in partnership with the client and/or their representative and are responsible for managing the assessment, care planning, monitoring and review of client services and supports.
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the community care sector
- Experience in service delivery to clients living in the community
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- A current drivers’ license
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Experience in managing and planning client budgets
