**About the opportunity**

A group that will be able to provide long term progression across hospitality and retail, from venue and store operations to logistics & supply chain.

We've had great success with this group over the years, and we can confidently say that to be a suitable applicant that you need a shot of passion, a dollop of creativity and a generous helping of positivity.

From day one you will get the support and guidance from an Area Manager and Cafe Manager. Both leaders will give you a perosnalised 30 day plan to ensure you are trained to the right level to run shifts and lead the right way.

The venue is a 40 seater cafe that trades high volume early in the morning as well as for a number of hours at lunches, most days.

Barista experience is a bonus, but not essential. Our client requires leadership experience in either hospitality or retail so we encourage all levels to apply
