Penrith Panthers has an opportunity for an experienced surveillance operator to work with one of the most sophisticated surveillance and alarm systems in Australia.

The Surveillance Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our staff, members, guests and property utilising the resources of over 400 CCTV cameras. With a keen eye for detail, you will demonstrate qualities of integrity, respect for property and people, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Ensure the safety and security of all patrons and staff by efficiently utilising the resources of our security and surveillance systems;
- Work closely with staff from various departments and external service providers;
- Monitor and surveillance of crowds within the club and car park;
- Monitoring all cash escorts and clearance;
- Lease and work closely with Emergency Services
- Maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times;
- Data entry and;
- Adhere to Panthers policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- NSW Security Industry License Class 1A;
- RSA and RCG Certificates;
- First Aid Certificate;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and;
- Ability to master technical equipment will help you to succeed in this role.

You will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.
