If so, Bimbadgen are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join the team in Australia’s oldest wine region.

As the Hospitality Operations Manager, you will lead our hospitality venues on a day to day basis as well as working with the General Manager in developing longer term strategies to improve operations, guest experience and financial results. Your operational departments will include ESCA Restaurant, Bimbadgen Cellar Door & Woodfire Pizza, Palmers Lane Weddings & Events, on the day execution of Bimbadgen A Day on the Green Events, Emma’s Cottage and Alter Wines. Your strong commitment to attention to detail, leading by example and training and developing your teams will drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and uphold our brand's reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Full responsibility for the daily operations across our hospitality outlets. You will succeed at this through working hands-on in each outlet to ensure you fully understand the operational requirements, can identify daily opportunities for improvement and lead by example in service quality and process.
Daily Review & adaption of rosters to reflect business levels
Assisting the venues to ensure reservation and customer spend maximisation
Providing very hands-on leadership and mentoring of the hospitality team, front and back of house, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Collaborate with the outlet and marketing teams to develop a calendar of events for each outlet that drives customer visitation and satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Cultivate relationships with guests, wine club members, local businesses and industry partners to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within the wine or luxury hospitality industry.
Experience in regional hospitality/tourism operations is desirable
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service.
A business mindset with the ability to analyse results, identify opportunities, and drive measurable improvements.
Knowledge of wine and a passion for sharing that knowledge with others.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - this is a hands-on role with the expectation to be in and around outlets during its busiest services.
