Architectural Draftsperson

D & C Corporation Pty Ltd is currently seeking a qualified and experienced full-time Architect Draftsperson to work within our company. Our head office is located right in the heart of the Perth CBD.

We are looking for someone who:

- Possess the equivalent of at least an Australian Associate Degree in Architectural Design or similar.
- Has at least 24 months of employment experience in a similar role.
- Has excellent communication and time management skills.
- Be compliant with building codes and regulations in architectural drawings.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of construction documents, including revisions and updates as needed.
- Work alongside the construction team to address any design-related challenges during the building process.
- Maintain an organized database of drawings and related files for easy accessibility.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in creating technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
