**About the role**

**Primary Duties**
The primary duties include:

- provide appropriate recruitment solutions and on-boarding best practices;
- manage talent acquisition and on-boarding processes;
- create and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring;
- continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximise recruitment solutions and on-boarding best practices;

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in the role you will have:

- proven experience leading a talent acquisition function;
- strong end-to-end* (* i.e. advertising through to on-boarding) recruitment experience;
- will understand contemporary remuneration management practices;
- excellent inter-personal relationship management skills;
- at least 5 years’ recruitment experience;
- a tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition, or business-related discipline.
