**About the Role**:
We have a Part Time opportunity available at our Campbellfield location

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from Pre-Testing, Frame Styling and Dispensing glasses. You will have a compassionate approach with the ability to build strong rapport with our patients.

**Skills and Experience**:
Customer Service: A passion in providing an excellent customer journey as first point of contact. Previous experience in a fast-paced Retail/Customer service role is essential

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail

Teamwork: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together

Optical Experience: Optics experience is required, a dispensing qualification is highly desired though not essential.

Enthusiasm: Ability to create meaningful connections and resilient in nature with a passion for continuous progression
