This position is located in: Adelaide

**The Role**

This role will work across Adelaide Sureway Offices: Daw Park, Christies Beach, Elizabeth, Modbury, Port Adelaide, and Murray Bridge

You will be responsible for growing a revenue pipeline for Sureway Skills Training (RTO ID: 91058) by building and maximising the mutual potential of business relationships with key stakeholders, including Employment Services Providers, Local Employers, State Funding Bodies, Local Government and Associations.

Your ability to develop and deliver communications through various channels and local events will inform and support, learners, job seekers and employers to engage with Sureway Skills Training.

You will be adept at forecasting, securing new business and driving sales programs.

The role is highly target-driven with a track record of success including in growing revenue spend within existing client base.

**Essential**
- Manage pipeline, report and track capability.
- Prepare service agreements and contribute effectively to submissions and business proposals
- Monitor and report on budget
- Contribute to the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns
- Maintain links between industry, employer and community
- Demonstrate sound financial acumen
- A relevant tertiary qualification is required for this role. _
- Experience in Registered Training Organization (RTO),_ _Experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) industry, Employment services industry, and Government contracting environment is highly regarded._
