Our Executive Chef and kitchen leadership team are committed to mentoring our kitchen team members providing genuine development opportunities including through our internal chef development program.

Essential Skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
- Flexible availability - including weekends
- Current Food handlers Certificate
- Industry experience and/or commercial cookery qualifications

Desired Skills
- Ability to work at all three MRC racecourses
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team - team morale and culture is an essential part of our workplace environment.
