**About the client**
Our client are a global leader in the packaging and recycling industries, providing sustainable packaging solutions and leading package innovation in Australia for over 70 years. They operate sites all across the globe, and provide end-to-end packaging and recycling for their valued clients.

They are currently seeking TWO experienced
**Mechanical Fitters** to join their site based in the Fremantle area on a permanent basis.

**Key Points of Interest**:

- Repair and maintain machinery to a consistent standard
- Receive and action specialised maintenance jobs from manager/supervisor
- Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns to minimise machine downtime
- Complete and maintain quality records when required
- Carry out routine checks as per maintenance sheets
- Implement design concept and projects as required
- Rotating Day and Afternoon shifts
- Day shift 5am - 3:30pm, Afternoon shift 3:30pm - 2am
- $50 per hour + super + 15% Afternoon shift loading + overtime
- Permanent roles

**Key Role Requirements**:

- Mechanical Fitter trades certificate is necessary
- Previous experience in a similar role is necessary
- Must have a valid forklift licence
- Previous experience with welding is beneficial
- Pneumatic and hydraulic experience is beneficial
- Dogging ticket is beneficial
- Experience with MEX software is beneficial
- Must be computer literate
