This role offers a great opportunity to step into a **Leadership role** and continue your career progression towards centre management roles.

**Your new role**:

- Lead your own room and look after and provide support to multiple Room Leaders within your hub in this newly created position as Hub Leader
- You will be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning at our centres
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the day to day operations of your room including curriculum development and administrative procedure
- Collaborate with our Senior Educators and Leaders and support the centre to meet and exceed the NQS and constantly improve our programs.

Conveniently located on Belmore Road sits our beautiful new childcare centre in Mont Albert North.

**What YOU need**:

- Diploma-level early childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
