The Pathology division, Healius Pathology is one of Australia’s leading providers of private medical laboratory and pathology services. Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering of Pathology, this is a critical role in the Pathology Finance team responsible for delivering top-tier business partnering support across all business units and functions in Pathology. The team is responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis to support decision making. This role will be a 6 month contract role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Along with the broader finance business partnering team, be responsible for improving the delivery of financial support to key stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis in key areas of the business including overall profitability, labour, logistics, revenue and projects amongst others.
- Work closely and collaboratively with finance business partners as well as peers in FP&A, Financial Accounting, Commercial Finance, Accounts Receivable, Procurement and Analytics teams in collaboratively delivering solutions to meet the needs of key stakeholders.
- Deliver high quality reporting and analytics to finance internal stakeholders, the Pathology Executive, Business Unit and Functional GMs and their executive teams.
- Map data and investigate data integrity issues to ensure accurate, high quality reporting.
- Field and direct or resolve financial requests as appropriate.

**Key Skills & Personal Attributes**
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, business or other commercial streams.
- CA / ACAA / CPA qualified or working towards qualification
- Demonstrated interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Accountability and ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and development of finance / business process SOPs
- Strong systems skills (essential: Excel; highly desirable: Power BI)
