**Qualifications & Experience**
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning, self-motivation, and a commitment to professional growth.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and participate in on-call duties.
