We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Front Office Superstar to join our fun, busy team at Burleigh Beach Tower in beautiful Burleigh Heads.

This is a tourism-based role, and we are looking for someone with a bright & bubbly personality, the willingness to go the extra mile, a can-do attitude and reliability. Prior experience in a resort environment and experience with Resly Property Management System or similar would be advantageous. If this sounds like the right fit for you, we would love to hear from you.
- Previous experience in a Resort for at least 1 year
- Experience with Property Management Systems - preferably Resly
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Excellent computer skills
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance
- Commitment with the flexibility to work weekends, school and public holidays
- Proactive and positive focus with a passion for the hotel and hospitality industry
- Available for immediate start - casual position
- Attractive hourly rates on offer
