We are a caring, passionate and united team of over 500 people across 3 locations Footscray, Dandenong and Bendigo, Footscray, Dandenong and Bendigo.
About the Role
This is an autonomous role that calls for a highly experienced sales and service leader who will be the face of State Trustees' Executor Assist service offering. Whilst this role includes case management, you will be well placed to demonstrate your ability to convert leads into sales.
In addition, you will train, mentor and guide other employees on the Executor Assist process and with a continuous improvement mindset, review, improve and maintain related processes and procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a legal or business-related discipline or equivalent experience
- Frontline customer service experience with a mindset that communicating with our clients is business critical
- Experience in sales with a demonstrated ability to convert leads to sales
- Experience in deceased administration, such as in a para-legal case management work environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with all clients and prospective clients, including those who may be grieving or finding the estates process challenging
- Experience in effectively managing a portfolio of cases end-to-end
- Well-developed analytical, conceptual, investigative and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office suite and salesforce

Experience in Financial Services, Legal or Trustee industries will be highly regarded.
