CEVA logistics has an opportunity for an experienced, driven and demonstrated Air Import Operator at our facility located in Banksmeadow NSW. This role reports to the Air Operations Supervisor.The purpose of this role is to Compiles documents on incoming cargo shipments to expedite receipt of cargo from airport and prepares invoices for shipping charge.**Key Responsibilities;**
- Accurate capture of all shipment data in the Company’s accounting and tracking system, in line with customer rate and service profiles, producing the job paperwork and profit split information
- Capture all shipment information into Company's tracking and accounting database; accurate and timely liaison with customers to ensure client loyalty
- Registration and invoice processing for air import operations in OFS within 3 working hours of receipt of papers or shipment advice
- Report all freight and service anomalies to the relevant parties in a timely and accurate manner and where appropriate, report to direct superior and overseas branch for corrective action
- Damage & exception reports are lodged and returned from airlines within 24 hours of receiving cargo in the warehouse. Monitoring all Import cargo into the country

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience;**
- Tertiary qualifications or High School certificate
- Ability to perform OFS functions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- High Level interpersonal and communication skills
