This position requires the successful applicant to demonstrating the following: Highly effective use of key data sets to differentiate and personalise learning to create an inclusive learning environment to enable growth and stretch for every learner. Understanding and knowledge regarding the planning and implementation of the Australian Curriculum to meet the diverse and changing developmental needs of all adolescent learners, building disciplinary knowledge, skills and understanding, as well as incorporating the general capabilities and cross-curriculum priorities authentically.
- Understanding and knowledge of SACE course requirements, and willingness to collaborate and moderate with colleagues to ensure continuous improvement of learning outcomes for all students- The ability to work collaboratively in professional learning teams to plan, share and respond to curriculum and pedagogy needs, years 7 to year 12 and a commitment to the AHS Pillars of Professional Practice.
