**The Role**:
As the Laser Cutting Superintendent, your primary objective will be run, program and schedule work to ensure the new technology is successfully integrated into existing operation and is used to its full potential

As such, you should expect to undertake the following:

- Maintain the laser cutter - proactive, preventative maintenance
- Manage all services required such as gas supply, consumables, cleaning and machine service
- Attend production meetings
- Ensure efficient use of raw materials through nesting
- Stock control
- Train others in use of the equipment
- From time to time, load and operate the machine as required

**You**:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

- Demonstrable experience in the safe and efficient operation of laser cutters or similar technology - ability to operate and program
- Strong IT skills
- Attention to detail - ability to accurately check and measure
- Ability to follow and issue clear instructions
- Diligent approach to paperwork
