We are looking for a passionate and skilled Naturopath to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to our mission of helping clients achieve optimal health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their health history, lifestyle, and goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate natural therapies, such as herbal medicine, nutritional advice, and lifestyle counseling.
- Educate clients on the benefits of naturopathic approaches, self-care practices, and preventive measures to support long-term health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the clinic to provide coordinated, holistic care.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Stay current with research and developments in naturopathic medicine and implement evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Participate in community outreach and wellness events to promote naturopathic care and clinic services.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Naturopathy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Registration with a recognized professional association (e.g., ANTA).
- Strong knowledge of naturopathic modalities, including herbal medicine, nutrition, and homeopathy.
- Previous experience in a clinical or practice setting is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry practices.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $46,460.00 - $116,078.96 per year

**Benefits**:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Retention bonus
