**THE POSITION**:
Wilson Security is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, your goal is to ensure smooth and effective day to day running of site based security teams.

**Located in Bowen Hills
- Brisbane, this unique role is Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. This position will offer you with stability and an attractive salary.**

To be successful, you must thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment. You will have excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known and premium site.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintaining effective processes, and improve processes where possible, and Reducing costs
- Work as a team member, role modelling professional security service
delivery
- Patrol premises or designated area on foot to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows and gates
- Circulate among visitors, patrons and employees to preserve good order and protect property
- Respond in an enthusiastic and helpful manner to questions asked;
demonstrate a preparedness to advise and share basic
- Incident report writing
- Responding to alarms
- Ensuring safety of clients, contractors and the general public
- CCTV monitoring
- Access control
- Patrols
- General security duties in corporate buildings

**REQUIREMENTS/LICENSES**:

- Current QLD Security License
- Certificate in Security Operations
- Current QLD drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
- Current first aid certificate
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a “can-do” attitude
- Strong time-management, organisational skills and attention to details
- Professional personal presentation
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior Customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word
