**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in training, such as CTT+ or Microsoft Certified Trainer, is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer, with expertise in designing, developing, and delivering IT training programs.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to cater to various learning styles.
- Ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes to ensure effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple training schedules simultaneously.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
