**Meaningful work from Day One**

You will be helping guide brand and business decisions and ensure that they are backed by consumer and shopper data. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to define business questions designed to drive growth and utilise your story building capabilities to transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights, that will be used internally and with customers.

**What you will experience**
- Manage consumer & shopper research continuous tracking projects, including, issue identification, briefing the agency, results facilitation and embedding insights into strategy.
- Competitor activity tracking
- Transform data and information into insights and stories that help guide business decision making
- Work with global and regional insights teams to ensure alignment and leverage global research, systems and processes where appropriate
- Educate brand and sales teams on leveraging the use of insights with their key stakeholders
- Integrate brand and market trends into the innovation ideation process
- Inspire Marketing and Sales teams through bringing consumers and shoppers to life, detailing key market trends and environmental factors that may impact channel and marketing plans
- Provide relevant inputs into the brand planning process, e.g Brand tracker, competitive reviews etc.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Brand Growth Framework and building capabilities across the business
- Provide support to the Insights & Innovation team and manage the consumer and shopper research budget
- Work as a key business partner with Brand Marketing, Sales and Channel Marketing
- Create effective working relationships with research agencies
- Actively participate as a member of the Brown-Forman Global insights community

**Your Profile**
- Relevant experiences in Consumer & Shopper Research
- Being resourceful in solving business questions
- Confident presentation skills and ability to influence
- Build collaborative relationships across matrix organisations
- Advanced Knowledge of Consumer Research Protocols
- Knowledge of Statistical Software used for analysing & manipulating consumer data (eg SPSS)
- Some experience with brand tracking research
