As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Lone Star Rib House, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values hard work, enthusiasm, and the ability to embrace the following responsibilities and core duties:
**Responsibilities and Main Duties**:

- **Exceeding Customer Expectations**: Providing the highest standard of customer service to match our exceptional food quality.
- **Achieving Targets**: Successfully meeting KPI targets and working within established percentages.
- **Creating a Stellar Reputation**: Building a stellar reputation and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- **Sales Excellence**: Leading by example when it comes to suggestive selling to boost sales and motivate staff to excel.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Enforcing strict health and safety measures and maintaining cleanliness standards in the restaurant.
- **Team Harmony**: Cultivating a harmonious environment among all staff, both front and back of house.
- **Training and Development**: Organizing training sessions and monthly staff meetings to ensure growth and excellence.
- **Adhering to Standards**: Upholding Lone Star Rib House practices and ensuring staff follow suit.
- **Efficient Management**: Managing stock, orders, invoices, and the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- **Staff Rostering and Budgeting**: Creating staff schedules and budgeting forecasts in accordance with guidelines.
- **Local Engagement**: Establishing a strong presence and rapport within the local area among businesses and customers.
- **Customer Relations**: Confidently handling complaints and fostering positive customer relationships.
- **Financial Responsibility**: Managing cash handling and cash-up procedures.
- **Team Leadership**: Driving the team and the business towards success.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Restaurant management: 1 year (required)
