**About the role**:
Develop your skills and knowledge in our two-year Graduate Development Program which consists of mentoring, training, professional development and structured six-month rotations across our varied ICT teams.

As an ICT Graduate you have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the following teams:

- Cyber and Resiliency Operations
- Technology Portfolio Delivery
- Data and Analytics
- Technology and Service Delivery

Graduates spend 12 months working together on a group innovation project, which is sponsored by an Executive Manager and supported by the business.

We are seeking an ICT graduate to join us in February 2024.

**About you**:
We are looking for graduates who are able demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role:

- Strong written communication, teamwork and collaboration capability
- Customer focus and a positive and proactive approach to interacting with our community
- Understanding of and commitment to safe behaviours that keep our workplace healthy
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, investigative, analytical and research skills
- Drive to achieve development goals, plans and work across a variety of systems and projects to achieve team outcomes
- Ability to acquire detailed knowledge and understanding of various processes with an emphasis on learning and solving problems
- High work standards and attention to detail in recording accurate information
