**Our client is a leader in their field of retail and commercial property management **Their highly talented team is looking to bring on board a proactive Retail Manager with outstanding Relationship Management skills to work across two shopping centres in the Cardinia Shire and City of Casey areas This exciting opportunity would suit an experienced Retail Manager, or someone looking to step up.

**Overview of the Opportunity**:
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a global, leading organisation This role will be suited to someone with great interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with a drive for the property industry and getting things done

**Your accountabilities will include**:
**Property Presentation/ Operations**
Ensure a high level of housekeeping and safety is maintained and monitor and follow up on any defects and ongoing maintenance of the Centre.

Collaborate with the Facilities Manager for maintenance works and Capital Expenditure.

**Tenant Engagement**
Establishing and maintaining liaison with all tenants and occupiers of the Centre to ensure their satisfaction with their occupation of the Centre.

**Client**
Attend regular client management meetings and conference calls, actively providing market insights and competitor activity feedback to the client, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic planning.

**Marketing**:
Collaborating with the clients to bolster their marketing and promotional endeavours, providing assistance with tenant functions and activities, and working in coordination with the Principal and the Principal's marketing consultants, as and when needed.

**Relationship Management**
Foster and sustain strong relationships with tenants, operational staff, and clients to ensure heightened stakeholder satisfaction and retention, while proactively providing requested information to clients and tenants, and maintaining regular contact with owners/tenants.

**Your skillsets/background**:

- Certificate of Registration (mandatory)
- Current Drivers Licence (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with retail software, inventory management systems, and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
