**The Role**

In this position, you will provide all customers, callers and visitors to our Brisbane office located at Eight Mile Plains with a first point of contact and ensure that every person who comes into contact with our reception has a great experience.
**Please note this is a 6 months contract opportunity.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Answering all incoming calls and directing calls to the appropriate staff members
- Meeting and greeting all visitors and ensuring they complete all required security steps before entering the site
- Assisting our People & Culture team with various administrative tasks

**You Will Have**:

- Previous experience working in a Receptionist position, ideally within a corporate environment or customer facing background
- A warm, positive, 'can-do' approach
- Intermediate computer skills, with experienced in Outlook and Microsoft Teams highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skills and customer focus
