We have an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join us as Content Creator based at our Senior Campus in Langwarrin South.

The Graduate Content Creator’s role is to provide support to the Director of Community Relations to promote the three campuses of Woodleigh School. The successful applicant will have a broad range of video and photographic production responsibilities relevant to the promotion of a busy School.

Applicants require an understanding of current advertising and social media trends, an eye for detail and ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to communicate effectively with all members of the school community, as well as external stakeholders and members of the general public. This is a graduate level position - appropriate training and experience as related to photography and videography is required.

This is a two year contract position working during school term time only.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide video and photographic support for the Director of Community Relations.
- Record and produce short-form and long-form video content including project management
- Create storyboard, scripts, graphics and conduct full editing in-house
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects when required to video productions
- Develop and maintain a production schedule
- Manage edit and upload additional content to the school’s existing 360 virtual tour platform
- Assist with the day-to-day promotion of Woodleigh School, recording school events and producing edited videos and photographs for social media, website and other promotional use.
- Maintain the school’s Vimeo and YouTube channels under the direction of the Director of Community Relations.

**Experience and Skills**

Must be able to demonstrate:

- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Intermediate graphic design skills applicable to title and transition design
- Advanced skills and understanding of audio (music selection, mixing, sound design)
- Ability to develop storyboards and use timing and movement to deliver impactful content
- Knowledge of formats for digital outputs including social media
- Intermediate filming/video operation skills and the ability to liaise with external videographers
- Understanding of current advertising and social media trends
- An understanding of appropriate behaviours when engaging with children
- Experience with mailing lists and managing communication

**Conditions of Employment**
- A Working With Children's Check is required for this position
- Qualification and First Aid/Anaphylaxis is required for this position
